Klyne is a browser-based visualization tool. You upload two CSV files — historical price data (OHLCV) and your trade list — and we render them on an interactive K-line chart with annotations.

That is the entire product. Specifically, Klyne does not:

• Execute trades or connect to any broker
• Stream real-time market data
• Recommend trades, strategies, or symbols
• Give financial, tax, or legal advice
• Guarantee that any displayed metric is accurate
• Evaluate or certify your performance for any third party

All output from Klyne — charts, trade markers, P&L numbers, MFE/MAE, R-multiples, prop firm rule analyses, anything — is for informational purposes only. None of it constitutes investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. None of it should be relied on as the basis for any trading decision.

Trading financial instruments — including but not limited to stocks, futures, options, forex, and cryptocurrencies — carries substantial risk of loss. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance shown on Klyne does not guarantee future results.

Leverage and derivative products amplify both gains and losses. Prop firm challenges can result in loss of evaluation fees. Make sure you fully understand the risks before trading.

Klyne computes derived metrics (PnL, MFE/MAE, R-multiple, drawdown, prop firm rule violations) from the data you upload. These calculations:

• May not match your broker's reports exactly due to differences in fee handling, swap calculations, contract multipliers, or rounding
• Depend entirely on the correctness of the data you upload — garbage in, garbage out
• May contain bugs. Software has bugs. Do not rely on Klyne as the sole basis for determining whether you have passed a prop firm evaluation. Always verify against the prop firm's official platform.

Klyne includes rule presets for popular prop firms (FTMO, FundedNext, MyFundedFutures, etc.) for educational and analytical purposes only.

• Klyne is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by any prop firm
• Prop firm rules change over time. The database may be outdated or incorrect
• Each prop firm's official rule documentation is authoritative. Klyne's display is not
• A prop firm's decision on your evaluation is governed by their own systems, not Klyne's analysis

By using Klyne, you agree:

• You own or have permission to upload the data you provide
• You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any analysis before acting on it
• You will not use Klyne for any illegal purpose
• You will not attempt to disrupt the service, abuse APIs, or interfere with other users
• You are of legal age to trade in your jurisdiction

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Klyne and its developer are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to:

• Trading losses
• Lost profits
• Failed prop firm evaluations
• Inaccurate calculations or rule analyses
• Service downtime or data loss

Klyne is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Klyne is provided on a best-effort basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice. We may update these terms; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above.

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Germany, except where consumer protection laws of your jurisdiction grant you mandatory rights.
